Refund policy

At CELFCARE, every product is formulated and packaged with care. We stand behind the quality of what we make. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right — simply, fairly, and without unnecessary friction.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

      The item was delivered damaged, defective, or broken.

      You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

      The product is expired at the time of delivery.

      The item arrived with a tampered or broken seal (not opened by you).

      The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

 

The following are not eligible for return:

     Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective).

     Items purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional event, unless defective.

     Returns requested after 7 days of the delivery date.

     Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or accidental spillage after delivery.

     Products where the original packaging has been disposed of.

 

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Raising a return request is straightforward. Follow these three steps:

Email support@rozyradiance.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Step 2 — Share Details

Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the product.

 

Step 3 — We Review & Respond

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

Important: Returns will only be accepted after prior written approval from our team. Please do not ship any product back without receiving a Return Authorisation confirmation from us.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days. If your return is approved, here's what to expect:

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit only.

 

4. REPLACEMENTS

If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we are happy to dispatch a fresh unit of the same product at no additional cost — subject to availability. Replacement requests follow the same eligibility criteria and initiation process described above.

In the rare case that the product is out of stock at the time of your request, a full refund will be processed automatically.

 

5. RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery:

        CELFCARE will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.

        Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging before handover to the courier.

        If a reverse pickup cannot be arranged in your area, we may request you to self-ship. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable shipping charges upon submission of the courier receipt.

 

Please do not return products via Cash-on-Delivery courier. Returns sent without prior authorisation or via COD will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

 

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following:

        Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

        Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery instead.

        Prepaid cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

To request a cancellation, email us at support@rozyradiance.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.

 

7. EXCEPTIONS & DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

We understand that every situation is different. While this policy outlines standard guidelines, CELFCARE reserves the right to review exceptional cases on a discretionary basis. If you have a concern that falls outside the above criteria, please do not hesitate to reach out — we will always try to find a fair resolution.

CELFCARE reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
